Paul is a skilled and energetic insurance executive with experience in leading national initiatives, managing business operations and coordinating competing stakeholder interests. He has held a number of senior positions within the insurance industry and has led large-scale projects in business transformation and integration, product and distribution strategy and client segmentation.
Paul is differentiated by the breadth of his experience and education. He has worked for a national insurer, a global consultancy and a global insurance brokerage. He has advised banks, P&C companies, life companies, reinsurers and regulators. He has experience with for-profit, not-for-profit and government entities focusing on personal lines, commercial lines and specialty lines. He is also a lawyer and has attained his Chartered Director designation at The Directors College.
Paul is media trained and has advised insurance companies and regulators on a broad range of strategic, operational and technological matters. He has written a number of industry articles and is frequently asked to present on trends in the insurance market.
