Sasha Tregebov is Managing Director of BIT Americas, leading the Behavioural Insights Team’s work across Canada, the US, and Latin America. Sasha and his colleagues use insights from psychology and behavioural economics to design programs, communications, and incentives that help people make better decisions for themselves. His practice focuses on consumer protection and financial decision-making. He has worked with financial firms and regulators across Canada, including recent work with the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario on broker use of AI and the regulatory questions it raises. He lives in Montreal with his wife Katie and their spoiled dog, Lucy.
