Skip McHardy, CRU Vice President of Canadian Cat Operations, learned the business from the inside out, starting as a multi-carrier File Examiner and Policy Specialist in Florida. Moving to the field in 2005, he adjusted residential, large loss, and commercial losses for 21 Cat events, earning the EGA designation.
After working more than 400 Florida Appraisal claims, he accepted the position of Property Claims Manager for a Miami based carrier where he developed the vendor assistance program and Public Adjuster Response protocol.
Skip joined the CRU Team in 2010 and has assisted in process implementation and project management with all of CRU’s Canadian deployments. He also fills the role of client communications lead for the Prairie and Western provinces. Skip is permanently based in Calgary, Alberta, with Jessica Wong-Razavi who oversees auto and property adjuster operations.
