Carl Lussier is Assistant Vice President, Personal Lines – Analytics, Data, Innovation for Definity Insurance company
Carl graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2005 with a Bachelor of Mathematics (Honours Actuarial Science and Honours Statistics). He became a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries in 2015.
In his current role with Definity, Carl leads functions related to data, geo-spatial, accumulation management and UBI in the personal line space.
As well, Carl is actively involved as a member of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries on two different working groups examining the development of the practice and P&C pricing, with topics ranging from bias and fairness to climate change.
