Head of Catastrophe Insight at Aon Impact Forecasting
Michal Lörinc leads Catastrophe Insight, a team of experts who work towards better understanding of historical, ongoing, and future natural disasters. The team is a part of Impact Forecasting, Aon’s centre of excellence focused on catastrophe modelling in the insurance industry. Michal drives the award-winning Automated Event Response project, which brings together weather forecast data and catastrophe modelling. He holds a Master’s degree in Geography from the Charles University in Prague.
