Head of Client Solutions at Aon Impact Forecasting
Šárka is with Aon Impact Forecasting since 2010 and currently is looking after Impact Forecasting’s Client Solutions global team which is responsible for deliverables and support of both external clients and Aon colleagues. Main activities include ELEMENTS cat loss calculation platform deployment & support, consultancy activities and finally development, deployment and support of tools and data for location wise cat risk assessment used within primary underwriting. The team also implements Impact Forecasting’s cat models into 3rd party platforms (like Oasis LMF or Nasdaq Risk Modelling for Catastrophes) and assists with implementing 3rd party models into ELEMENTS.
After joining the team in 2010 Šárka was working mainly on development of stochastic flood models. In 2015 she moved to a client facing role acting as a sales and consultant in Canada and CEE, gradually assumed a leader role becoming responsible for Impact Forecasting’s Product Development team in EMEA, APAC & Canada in 2018 and finally became a global leader as Head of Client Solutions in 2022. She holds MSc. degree with honors in Mathematical Modelling from the Czech Technical University, Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering in Prague, Czech Republic and during her studies she also spent one academic year in France on Erasmus internship at the École Nationale d’Ingénieurs du Val de Loire in Blois.
