Acting Service Chief - Central Region, Meteorological Service of Canada at Environment Canada
Sharon Jeffers has worked for the Meteorological Service of Canada since 1988. She started her career as an operational weather forecaster, left the weather office in 2000and has worked since then in various national service positions. She is currently the acting Chief of Services for Central Region. Sharon is also a trained evaluator, and has spent the last twelve years assessing the effectiveness of various forecasts and warnings sent by the MSC.
