Tim Kenney

Tim Kenney joined Team Rubicon Canada in July 2023 upon retirement after more than 26 years of service with the Canadian Armed Forces. Having served as an Infantry Officer with The Royal Canadian Regiment, Tim’s career spanned postings in Petawawa, Toronto, Valcartier, Meaford, Montreal and Trenton; as well as deployments to Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Iraq. Tim was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for his time as a CO in Iraq, as well as the US Meritorious Service Medal following a year-long deployment in Afghanistan. Tim holds a double-major in Business Administration and Politics & Economics, as well as a Master of Defence Studies (specializing in Strategic Planning and Systems Analysis). Tim is an avid sports fan, having played hockey, football and soccer at a high level; and currently enjoys coaching minor hockey.
