Cortney Young is Vice-President of Contractor Connection and Platform Solutions at Crawford & Company Canada. Throughout her 22 years with Crawford, she has gained invaluable industry knowledge and is now an integral member of the Crawford Management and Executive team. Cortney’s deep passion for data and analytics is what drives her to build client-centric solutions, develop the best products and inspire the best people for both Contractor Connection and Platforms Solutions.
Cortney received her FCIP in 2015, her CRM in 2009 and most recently her Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from University of Georgia. Cortney has an Honours Bachelor of Sociology, with a specialization in Legal Studies and Criminology from University of Waterloo.
