Ruth McGarry

Ruth McGarry is the Regional Manager for emergency management at the Ontario Regional Office of Public Safety Canada. Ruth has worked in emergency management for over fifteen years in the areas of training and exercises, program management and operations. Most recently she was deployed to the Government Operations Centre in Ottawa to assist in the operation to resettle Syrian refugees to Canada.
