Lead in climate change quantification for flood at Aon Impact Forecasting
Ladislav works with the Aon Impact Forecasting team and is currently responsible for the development of the Canada flood model. He also leads Impact Forecasting’s efforts to incorporate climate change considerations into its flood models. Ladislav holds a Ph.D. in Water Management and Structures and is a Certified Catastrophe Risk Management Professional (CCRMP). During his studies he focused on a hydrology of mountain watersheds, however, for many years, he has been involved in the development of catastrophe flood models for European countries developing all components, but mainly focusing on flood maps and event set in the scale of the entire countries.
