PJ started with Crawford in 2009 as an adjuster after careers in private investigation and Corrections. Licensed in all lines in Ontario, she handled property as well as liability and casualty claims. Drawing on her past investigation careers she was also involved in the community as a member of the Eastern Ontario Fire Investigation and Enforcement Unit.
In 2017 she moved to Calgary where she handled large property claims including fires and complex losses before taking on a supervisory role. She is proficient in Xactimate and is a certified roof inspector for both commercial and residential structures.
As the Canadian Catastrophe Manager, she led our team on National and International deployments. This included working directly to meet the clients’ needs, triage of claims, overseeing productivity and logistics.
